Jeffrey leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jeffrey’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean M. Kelley-Deaton and Raymond Joseph Richards. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Richards; and his children, Julie Harris and Michael Caporelli.
