He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Ann and Donald Hawthorne; and his siblings, Christina Mae Gurka, Donald Raymond Hawthorne, Jr., Robert Leslie Hawthorne and William Perry Mims.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Leigh Standridge (Jeremy), Josh Loredo (Crystal) and Elijah Butsch; and his siblings, Sandra Gillar (Frank), James Dennis Hawthorne (Peggy), Shari Winters Ocala (Peter) and Patrick Hawthorne (Chrystal). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and dear friends.
