He is survived by: his wife Regina Lynn Spurlock; his son Rick Grimm (Rayell); his grandchildren, Justin, Trinity and Tiffany; and his siblings, Mike Spurlock (Kim), Curt Spurlock (Deb), Steve Spurlock (Dorcas), Karen Bryant (Jerry) and Jim Spurlock (Gretchen).
