She is survived by: her children, Jeri Leigh Alfree (Bill Alfree), Teresa Shular of St. Petersburg, FL and Harry Wade Shular of Kennesaw, Georgia; her sister Karen Woodward of Fanning Springs, FL; her grandchildren, Jerad, Ashley, Stephen and Adrienne; and her great grandchildren, Isabel and Jeremiah.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to VITAS Hospice Care in appreciation of their compassionate care.
