She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Jean and Pamelia Lourte; and her siblings, Suzette, Samuel, Lucius, Ansli, Rose Marie, Rose Marthe and Rose Andre.
She is survived by: her children, Philomise, Josette, Jacquelin and Catherine. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
