He is survived by: his wife Mellisa Almonte; his father Angel "Helo" Muñiz; his children, Marcus Muñiz, Angel Luis Muñiz Jr., Martina Muñiz and Blanca "Nina" Muñiz; and his siblings, Carlos Muñiz, Jose Muñiz, Alex Muñiz, Mildred Navarro, Masiyah Mercado, Damaries Kallinicos, Gloria Torres and Ivellise "Lily" Muñiz. He is also survived by his grandchildren and his Nieces and Nephews.
