He is survived by: his wife June Richard (Rankin); his daughters, Olivia, Erin and Eliza; his sisters, Elaine Richard Funk (James) of Jacksonville, FL and Sharon Richard Kisiday of Seal Beach, CA; his siblings-in-law, Linda Richard (Curtis), Valerie Shivel of Millersville, MD, Becky Chaney (Rick) of Glen Burnie, MD, Elizabeth Hunt (Brad) of Millersville, MD and Matthew Rankin (Misty) of Andersonville, TN; his friends, Steve Thigpen, Charley Wherry and Pat Dunfee; Chris, Louis and Julio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
