He was predeceased by: his mother Ana Maria Silva; and his grandparents, Alfredo, Amelia Figueroa, Guadalupe and Sanjuana Silva.

He is survived by: his wife Veronica Silva; his children, Analyssa, Ariana and Robert Silva (Rj); his father Roberto Sr. Silva; his stepmother Raquel Silva; and his siblings, Oscar, Carlos (Angelica), Sonya, Santiago, Maria and Veronica. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
