He was predeceased by: his parents, William Costello and Mary Costello (Snider); and his sister Catherine Strunk (Costello). He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Ipavec (Ronald) and Robert Costello (Debbie); Margaret Costello. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and great-nieces.
