He is survived by: his wife Patricia of Windermere, FL; his children, Annalise Butler (Cooper) of St. Louis Park, MN, Janese Sazama of Onalaska, WI and Alex Sazama (Jenna) of Chippewa Falls; his siblings, Tom Sazama (Mary) of Chippewa Falls, Dr. Richard Sazama (Debbie) of Eau Claire, Elizabeth "Betsy" Pulitzer (Bert) of Riverside, CT and John Sazama (Alison) of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Emery Sazama, Charles Butler, Sloane Butler and James Sazama; and his close friend Wayne Steinmetz (Lou Ann) of Chippewa Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
