He was predeceased by: his father Wilmer Arnold Cook; his sister Donna Cook; and his grandparents, Netty of Valley, Alabama, Olin Biddy of Valley, Alabama, Elma Gallman and Grover Cleveland Cook of Jenkinsburg, Georgia..
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Nell Smith Cook; his wife Cheryl Emfinger Cook; his daughters, Allison Vanterpool (Nyah) of Winter Garden, Florida and Jennifer Cook of Winter Garden, Florida; and his siblings, Kaye White (Randall) of Madison, Georgia and Steve Cook (Sharon) of Greenwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and family and friends.
Flowers will be kindly accepted, or in honor of Jeff's wishes, the family would also like to encourage donations to be made in Jeff's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital – Cancer Research or The Fisher House Foundation of Central Florida, Orlando Lake Nona home.
