She was predeceased by : her parents, Reyvene "R. V." Goodman and Annie Laura Goodman (Broom); her husband Norman Waters; and her siblings, Richard Goodman and Myra Goodman Davis.

She is survived by : her children, Jon Waters of Winter Haven, FL and Serena Cayson Stutz (Sean) of Auburndale, FL.; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Waters of Winter Haven, FL, Keylee Lord (Josh) of Auburndale, FL, Jada Waters of Winter Haven, FL and Preston Waters of Winter Haven, FL.
