He was predeceased by : his parents, Carlos, Sr. Ortiz and Rosa Pagan Ortiz. He is survived by : his wife Tracey; his children, Carlos III and Olyvia; his stepchildren, Andrea, Riki, Dale and Chelsey; and his siblings, Mirta Urroz (Walter), Olga Butler, Robert Ortiz (Rebecca), Alicia Lopez, Diana Ortiz, Gladys Ortiz and Yolanda Ortiz Sanchez. He is also survived by 4 grandsons, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
