He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Southworth and Marie Southworth; and his siblings, Janet Southworth and Dale Southworth. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia J. Southworth; his stepchildren, Joshua D. Knight (Vanessa), Aaron J. Knight (Sondra) and Katherine Knight Blake (Michael); and his grandchildren, Sophie Williams, Jude Williams, David Knight, Wren Knight, Madelyne Knight, Asher Knight, Ansley Knight, Elliot Knight, Sorin Blake, Dorian Blake, Fenix Cook and Chloe Knight.
