He was predeceased by: his parents, Colletta Alice Waters and Rolland Hayes Waters; his wife Gwen; and his daughter-in-law Maria Magdalena Apit Waters. He is survived by: his children, Deané Fenstermaker (David), Phil Waters, Robin Poderski (Karol) and Dawn Fellows (David); his grandchildren, Grace Gayle, Raymond Ward, Sydney Elaine Fenstermaker, Karolina A. Poderski Crockett (Sam), Aleksander Czeslaw Poderski (Bailey), Apita E. Waters Ramirez (Adrian), Caitlin Ku'umele Souza and Til J. Fellows LeFebvre (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Peter Aleksander, Emma Colletta, Luke Hyrum, Ava Helena Crockett, David Michael, Dean Ray LeFebvre and Bonnie Rose Poderski.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (637 6th St NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881).
