She is survived by: her children, Tammy Johnson (Thorton), James Lewis and Sydmouth Berwick, Jr.; and her siblings, Anna Hawkins, Preston Lewis, Jerome Lewis, Darlene Crownson, Jacqueline Lewis and Miguel Niles. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
