He was predeceased by : his parents, Mercille Clement Tingley and Lawrence H. Tingley; and his siblings, Beverly, Walter and Bettye.
He is survived by : his daughter Jennifer Elizabeth; his wife Edith Tingley; his son Stephen Tingley; his grandchildren, Brodie, Evelyn, William and Margot; and his sisters, Robin and Sheryl.
