He was predeceased by: his parents, John McDonald Sr. and Adeline McDonald (Schultz); and his brother John McDonald Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynette Bibisi (McDonald) and Pete McDonald; his sister-in-law Sue; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn McDonald, Melinda Lacson (Bibisi), Elizabeth Locke (Bibisi), Emily Morales (Bibisi), John McDonald III and James C McDonald.
