He was predeceased by: his parents, David Van Allen and Christine Smedema; and his parents-in-law, Anne Burch and Harley Burch. He is survived by: his wife Gail Van Allen; his daughters, Jennifer Van Allen (Mike Allison) and Heidi Munoz (Eynar Munoz); his grandchildren, Jacob Munoz and Anna Munoz; and his sister Katherine Noll. He is also survived by dog Cookie, and several other extended family members and friends.
