She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Mattie Smith; her sister Elaine (Charles); and her son Gary (Cindy). She is survived by: her children, Donna Stewart, Dale Proctor (Teresa), Robert Proctor (Debbie) and Lori Proctor. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 nieces, 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
