He was predeceased by : his parents, William Frazier and Mary Frazier. He is survived by : his wife Sheila Frazier; his son Patrick; and his siblings, Douglas (Veronique) of Kensington, CA. and Barbara (Ernie) of Tipp City, OH.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Friends unable to attend final services, wishing to express remembrances are invited make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
