He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Penn; and his son William Penn (Bill). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Penn and Valerie DeLary (Michael); his grandchildren, Sara Mann (Joshua) and Stacey Penn; and his great grandchild Scarlett Mann.
