She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her parents, Charles Ray Rowe, Sr. and Martha Carolyn Rowe; and her brother Charles Ray Rowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Gary (Rhonda) and Jacquelyn Toenes (Bryan); her granddaughter Savannah Williams (Nick); her stepgranddaughters, Jamie Brimblecombe (Michael) and Melanie Morgan (Daniel); and her sister Donna Gaddis (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Polk County Animal Control (c/o Polk Sheriff's Charities) or Good Shepherd/George C. Forsythe Hospice House in Auburndale (c/o Chapters Health).
