She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Phillips; and her siblings, Walter Rynkiewicz, Carl Rynkiewicz and Eleanora Zdanowicz. She is survived by: her children, Jim Phillips (Jeff) of Clermont, FL, Barbara MacDonald (Bob) of Gurnee, IL and Kathy Formella of Sturtevant, WI; her sister Jane Norton (Ray) of Gurnee, Illinois; her grandchildren, Steve, Kimberly (Dan) and Kristopher (Lia); and her great grandchildren, Addison, Lauren, Ella, Anna, Declan, Nathan and Eliana.
