He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Scarbrough and Delois Maebell Scarbrough; his brother Roger Scarbrough; his father-in-law Gene Bass; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Bass.
He is survived by: his significant other Janet; his brothers, Gary, Ron and Carl Scarbrough of Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Alan, Chris, Curtis, Ryan, Jessica and Erin. He is also survived by dogs that were part of their family.
