He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Duncan; his children, Dwayne Duncan (Kimberly) and Cheryl Starling (Joseph); his sister Theresa Carter; and his half-sister Pat Wright. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
