He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Dragon and Christiana Dragon. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Dragon; and his children, Michelle, Cecil, Donna, Ross (Frances) and Randall (Yvonne). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; over 20 great grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and friends.
