She is survived by: her daughter Hannah Koegler; her parents, Mary Ellen and Tom Galaida; her siblings, Michelle Vanderlaan, Tracie Palmieri Tobacco, Lori Palmieri and John Palmieri; and her nieces and nephews, Zach Vanderlaan, Louie Tobacco, Julia Harper, Nicolette Tobacco, Gianna Dellamedaglia and Emma DiDonato. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the UCF College of Medicine or to organizations supporting lung cancer research or no-kill feline rescue in her honor.
