He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Elizabeth Jax (Ginger); and his parents, John Robert Jax and Pearl Loretta Hansen Jax. He is survived by: his children, Steve J. Jax (Sarah) and Jennifer P. Reed (David); his grandchildren, Alexandria N. Zook (Cameron), Victoria A. Colberg (Gino), Colin D. Reed, Miranda E. Reed, John E. Jax and Maggie E. Jax; and his great grandchildren, Riley N. Zook, Luca R. Colberg, Rowyn B. Colberg, Beckett R. Colberg and Ryker H. Zook.
