Though Kevin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kevin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene Mills and Sharon Bertha Lewis; and his brother-in-law Elton Lanier (Bo). He is survived by: his siblings, Carson Babb, Debor Babb, LeeAnn Lanier and Janice McMillen (Keith); and his close friends, Angel Cortes, Deyanira Martinez and Richard Helberg. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 5 nieces; 5 great nephews, 6 great nieces.
