He was predeceased by: his father Paul Edward Jakubisin; and his sister Mary Lou Fess. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Anne Jakubisin (Tobin); his wife Linda Gonschor Jakubisin; his children, Janek Jakubisin (Sarah Hoose), Mia Anderson (Zach) and Emily Jakubisin; his grandchildren, Juniper, Amelie, Oaks and August; and his brothers, Timothy (Mary Ellen), Stephen (Tricia) and Thomas Jakubisin (Heather). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
