He was predeceased by: his father Paul Lukas; and his brothers, Jonathan and Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Lorin (Tanner) and Lee (Jessica); his brother Paul; and his mother Gertrude. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
