He is survived by: his wife Betty Bournes; his son Coby Garner (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Spray (Coty), Kayle Garner and Tyler Garner; his great grandchild Rylee Spray; and his brother Patrick Bournes (Norma).
