He was predeceased by: his father Donald Chamberlin; and his brother Dennis Chamberlin. He is survived by: his mother Marjean Chamberlin (Burns); his wife Melissa Dias; his pet Molly; and his siblings, Darla Kuiper (Kevin), Donald Chamberlin, Duane Chamberlin and Danae (Steve).
