He was predeceased by: his parents, Matteo Costanzo and Emilia Costanzo. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his children, Adriano, Gabriella and Giancarlo; his children-in-law, Joe and Stacey; and his sisters, Loretta and Mirella.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to an Animal Care facility or the ASPCA in Franco Costanzo's name.
