She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Ann (Perry); her husband Albert Jay Perry (Tony); her children, Doerfler (Glenn), Michael Perry, Steven Perry (Lisa), Craig Perry, Albert Jay Perry Jr. (Tony) and Joseph (Joey); and her siblings, James Kuskowski, Charles Kuskowski, Elizabeth VanAtta and Dolores Catalfino. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
