He was predeceased by: his parents, Justo Valle-Medina and Antonia Valle-Olivero. He is survived by: his daughters, Mirta Rivera and Luz Valle; his grandchildren, Amanda Figon, Leo Rivera, Christian Rivera, Zachary Sanchez and Jaelyn Sanchez; and his great grandchildren, Jaxx Figon and Noel Figon.

“'Rada" as we all lovingly referred to him! Rada was loved and will be missed dearly by all especially his life partner of 40 years Lily. He was a great stepdad to her daughters Sarita, Bethzy , Diana and son Johnny! His joy was evident as he enjoyed the presence of his granddaughters Brittney, Sophia and Ashley, and a proud papa to say the least to Hector, Jalen, Chris and JR. He enjoyed vacationing with family and made the best of each day.”
