Sarnowski (Jason) of Currituck, NC; his grandchildren, Mitchell Worley, Bryan Worley, Deanna Skinner, Evan Nast, Jessica Guzman, Erica Gunter, Chelsea Nazal, Morgan Gunter, Allyson Toti, Andrew Sarnowski and William Sarnowski; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Adaline, Grace, Brooke, Tessa, Remy, Liam, Eli, Vivian, Ari and Mira; and his sister Pat Conrad of Hanover, PA..
