It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice M. Lightner of Youngstown, Florida, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Tate and Bertha Tate; her husband Guy Roy Lightner; and her siblings, Fred Tate, Larry Tate, Frank Tate (Connie), Johnny Tate and Vivian Caraway (Charles).
She is survived by: her children, Pam Lombardi (Mike) and Steve Lightner (Shannon); her siblings, Lenard Tate (Pat), Marylou Stiener and Ramona Finigan (Joe); her grandsons, Kenny Lightner (Jasmin), Chris Emerson (Stephanie), Wesley Emerson (Nancy) and Austin Lombardi; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Tate, Sis Tate and Norma Tate. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
