He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Green; his children, April Bowers (Rodney), Ricky Lee Green, Jr., Michael Brian Green (Summer), William Spies, Tinner Spies, Alfred Spies (Amanda) and Chad Posey (Brandy); his sister Cathy Ragsdale (David); his friends, Ray, Dottie Terryn, Tim, Angie Keys and Dick Allemeier; and his caregiver Diana Berry. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
