He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Flannagan and Lenora Flannagan; and his siblings, Gene Flannagan and Shelia Flannagan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Flannagan; his sons, Jack Flannagan (Tracy), Anthony Flannagan (Andrea) and Robert Flannagan (Kristeen); his grandchildren, J. C., Joshua, Jeremiah, Jordan, Caleb, Layla and Ailli; and his brother David Flannagan.
