She was predeceased by: her daughter Nancy Phillips; her parents, Jay Z. Fussell, and Thelma Fussell, Sr.; her siblings, Katie Davidson, Aubrey Fussell, Jarman Fussell, Jay Z. Fussell, Jr. and Seward Fussell; and her stepchildren, Terry Stevens and Tommy Fournier.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert H. Fournier; her son Gary Jeter; her siblings, Wanda Minter (Buddy), Janet Paul (Ron), Roy Fussell and Windle Fussell (Shelia); and her stepchildren, Beth Holloway (Ray) and Herbert Fournier, Jr.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
