She is survived by: her husband Johnny McCormick of Yulee; her children, Tammy Smith (John) of Jacksonville, Jamie Smith (Jennifer) of San Antonio, TX, Douglas Poole (Jennifer) of Jacksonville and Trish McCormick of Yulee; her siblings, Clara Mason, Milton Smith, Jr., Charles Smith, Joe Smith and Bobby Smith; and her grandchildren, Derek Morris, Stephanie Morris, Justin Smith, Ashley Poole, Seirra McCormick, Kaytlyn McCormich, Hunter McCormick, Leah Boyles, Carey Casus, Cameron Ammer and Natalie Ammer. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
