He is survived by: his wife Aletha; his children, Daniel Ellsworth (Dawn Bush), James Ellsworth (Tina), Debra Curtis (Keith) and Sandra Chrispell (Roy); and his grandchildren, Heather, Kyle, Sarah, Scott and Amy. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
