He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Symonds and Evelyn Symonds (Pennell); his wife Margo Cokely Symonds; and his pet Nacho. He is survived by: his son Patrick J. Symonds of Elmira; his grandchildren, Patrick J., Merissa Mae and Krystin Jane; his sons, Trindon, Parker, Cole and Clyde; his brother Richard "Rick" Symonds of Elmira; his siblings-in-law, Barry, Kathy Cokely of Geneva, NY, Patricia, Melvin "Doug" Lee of Elmira and Pam Forker of Weaverville, NC; and his pet Merle.
