It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan Allison Levin (Zephyrhills, Florida), born in Madison Heights, Michigan, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul (Sylvia Smith Kurily) and Marty (Jeff Kurily); and her mother-in-law Mary Jo Kurily. She is survived by: her husband David Levin; her daughter Stephanie Levin; and her siblings, Lynn, Bryan, Paul Kurily and Cherie Volkmann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Coastal Cremations Chapel (38333 5th Ave, Zephyrhills, FL 33542).
