John E. Slaughter Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to John E. Slaughter in Zephyrhills, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Slaughter and Elizabeth Slaughter (Sykes); and his brother Tom (Judy). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nicholas (Brittany), Joshua (Lauren), Dustin (Brenda) and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Orion and Henry. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
