He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles K. Barrows and Thelma Barrows (Ryan); his wife Donna Haslam Barrows; his sister Teresa Davis of Oakland; and his daughter-in-law Nancy R. Barrows of Holden.
He is survived by: his significant other Lorraine B. Label of Biddeford, Maine; his sister Nancy Spencer (William) of Bangor; and his children, Deborah D. Barrows of Brunswick, Diann B. Jordan (Kenneth) of Waltham, Maine and Gregory J. Barrows of Holden, Maine. He is also survived by two granddaughters; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; one great-grandson, five nieces and five nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Home (215 Main St, Ellsworth, ME 04605).
