He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladonna June Chadwell and Raymond Clinton Chadwell; and his grandson Dalton Richard Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Kendra Chadwell; his daughters, Angela Weaver (Paul Weaver) and Katrina Goforth (Joshua Goforth); his grandchildren, Serenity, Jace, Landyn, Colton and Kassidy; his stepmother Connie Chadwell; and his brothers, Lonnie Chadwell and Clint Chadwell.
