He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ralph and Susan Theresa Mills (Ryan); his siblings, Rose Ann, Kathleen Heenan and Robert Mills, Jr. (Bob); his brother-in-law Eddie Quinn; his nephew Eddie Quinn Jr.; and his niece Grace Ann Mills.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Sykes of Zephyrhills, Florida; and his siblings, Lillian Quinn of Westland, Michigan, Virginia Martinez of Weatherford, Texas, Leon Mills (Lori) of Apopka, Florida, Susan Driskill (Russell) of Stephenville, Texas and John Mills (Patti) of Zephyrhills, Florida.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at 39607 Central Ave, Zephyrhills, FL 33540.
